What is a Toolbox Talk?
A "Toolbox Talk" is an innovative and impactful way to teach effective health and safety practices. Your employees will be captivated by the real life stories told by professional firefighters who are typically the first to arrive at "911" emergency response calls. The vivid and often disturbing situations re-told in our stories serve as a motivator for indiviuals to practice effective health and safety. Our programs can be delivered as a standalone, used to to augment exsisting health and safety initiatives or serve as a spring board to begin meaningful dialogue between management and work force.
Our programs can be customized to provide “hands-on” training in many facets of fire related safety. Learning in a controlled environment with professional trainers, will empower your employees to feel confident and safe in their workplace.
