Why the need for Safety Talks?

The WSIB estimates a single injury on the job costs a business on average $72,000 per injury, when factoring in lost time, business disruption, and cost to manage customer expectations.

The combination of education, training, legislation/regulation and aggressive enforcement is expected to achieve the government's goal of reducing workplace injuries by 20 per cent. http://www.prevent-it.ca/
